WAFFLES:

2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup non-dairy milk
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp coconut oil
vanilla extract if desired
“CARAMEL” SAUCE:
1 tsp tahini
1/2 tsp coconut oil
2-3 tsp maple syrup or other liquid sweetener
