Creamy Pumpkin Pasta

This pumpkin pasta is my favourite cozy fall dinner. How-to video is below.

Creamy Pumpkin Pasta:
2 cups uncooked pasta
chopped mushrooms, onion, peppers
1 cup non dairy milk
2 tbsp flour
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp garam masala (or a cinnamon/nutmeg mix)
1/4 cup nutritional yeast
1/4 – 1/2 cup liquid (I used vegetable stock)
1 tbsp maple syrup
salt/pepper to taste
