RECIPES:
Pizza:
1 pizza crust + 1/2 cup pizza sauce
2 cups cooked chickpeas
1/2 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
chopped veggies
vegan cesar dressing:
Bake at 375 F/ 190 C for 10-12 minutes
Caramel Corn:
popped popcorn
2 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
1/3 cup brown sugar or coconut sugar
1/3 cup thick liquid sweetener like brown rice syrup, agave, coconut nectar, maple syrup
dairy-free chocolate chips for melting
Nacho Cheese:
3/4 cup cashews
1/2 cup (or more if needed) water
1/4 tsp each of garlic powder, turmeric, cumin
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
