Southwest Pasta Salad:
2 cups cooked pasta
1/4 to 1/2 cup vegan mayo
1/2 cup corn
1/2 cup black beans
1 tomato, diced
1 tsp maple syrup
1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp cumin
Optional 1/4 tsp onion/garlic powder
avocado added in at the end
