These are a fun way to eat tacos, and perfect for bringing to parties or family gatherings!
Taco Cones:
2 large tortillas, cut in half, rolled into cones and secured with a toothpick(s).
Bake in the oven at 350 F / 180 C for 10-15 minutes, watching so they don’t burn.
For the taco meat I used the brand Yves, but you can also use black beans or lentils. I also added tomato, lettuce, Daiya vegan cheese and guacamole. Feel free to top them with whatever you like!
