This breakfast is super quick and delicious, and not to mention packed with protein. It tastes better than eggs in my opinion, but you will have to find that our for yourself! Make this! This weekend!
1/2 package Mori Nu firm silken tofu
3 tbsp chopped onion
1/4 tsp each of cumin and turmeric
1 tsp oil
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt & pepper
