Bento boxes are back! I’m probably more excited than any of you guys but these are my favourite recipes to make. I love making these boxes super colourful but also delicious and filling. Without further ado, here are my newest bento box creations!
Bento box from Monbento.
Breakfast potatoes (potato cubes fried in a bit of oil with some salt)
Multigrain bread (to be eaten with avocado and tofu scramble)
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 cup crumbled firm tofu
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
