3 Breakfast Recipes in a Bento Box

Bento boxes are back! I’m probably more excited than any of you guys but these are my favourite recipes to make. I love making these boxes super colourful but also delicious and filling. Without further ado, here are my newest bento box creations!

Bento box from Monbento.

Left Side:
Breakfast potatoes (potato cubes fried in a bit of oil with some salt)
Multigrain bread (to be eaten with avocado and tofu scramble)

Right Side:
Tofu scramble:
1/2 cup chopped bell peppers
1/2 onion finely chopped
1 cup crumbled firm tofu
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
Avocado slices

Left Side:
Almond butter
Green apples (dip in nut butter!! So good!)

Right Side:
Waffles (recipe here)
Maple Syrup
Bananas cut with a star cookie cutter

Left Side:
Avocado toast
Almond Butter on toast
Orange wedges

Right Side:
Fruit rainbow (strawberries, cantaloupe, yellow apple, honeydew, blueberries, grapes)
Coconut granola (Nature’s Path brand)
Coconut yogurt (Silk brand)
