Coconut Berry Quinoa

1/2 cup dry quinoa
1/2 cup non dairy milk
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp sugar

Stir all ingredients together and bring to a boil on high. When it starts boiling, turn it to low and put a lid on it. Simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until it is cooked and all the liquid is absorbed.
