Pancakes with fruit will forever be my favourite.
PANCAKES (makes 6-8) :
2 cups spelt flour
1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk
2 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sweetener of choice (I used maple syrup)
1/3 cup mashed banana or applesauce
1/4 cup oil (I used coconut oil)
fruit for topping
coconut whipped cream // recipe here
