Granola Cups:
1 ripe banana
3 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp oil
1.5 cups oats
cinnamon

to fill:
yogurt
fruit
chocolate
mint

Mash the banana. Add other granola cup ingredients to the banana. Stir to combine. Spoon into greased muffin tin cups. It should fill 6 cups. Bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes until firm. Let cool before removing from muffin tin. Fill with yogurt, ice-cream or cashew cream (you can find tons of recipes for this online), fruit and chocolate pieces. For an extra decoration add a mint leaf!
