Pumpkin Mug Cake:
3 tbsp pumpkin puree, applesauce or mashed banana
2 tbsp almond milk
1 tbsp oil
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp ground flax seed
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of cinnamon
a few dairy free chocolate chips
Mix all together and microwave for 2 minutes.
