Today’s vegan recipe is for Salted Caramel Cinnamon Rolls that takes just 30 minutes to make!

Recipe for Salted Caramel 30-Minute Cinnamon Rolls:
Dough:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1/4 cup vegan butter or coconut oil
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (add slowly in case you don’t need all of it)
Cinnamon Filling:
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3-4 tbsp butter to spread on the dough
Caramel Sauce:
I used 1 bag of Cocomels (bought on Amazon) and melted them with a couple tbsp non dairy milk. Here are some caramel sauce recipes you can make from scratch:

Oven: 400 F/ 200C
Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and firm to the touch

I love using 1 cup powdered sugar and 1-2 tbsp water to make a super easy glaze! ♡
Do you have a recipe for the regular vegan glaze/frosting?
