Thai Almond Salad

Salad:
lettuce or salad mix base
carrot
bell pepper
snow peas
green onions
cucumber
avocado
sesame seeds
cilantro

Dressing:
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tbsp lime juice

Mix salad ingredients together in a big bowl. Add as much of each ingredient as you like. Combine salad dressing ingredients in a small dish. Pour over salad and toss to coat. Enjoy!
