White Chocolate Chunk Cookies

Ingredients:

1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup almond milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup white chocolate chips (the white chocolate brand I use is I-Choc!) and some regular dairy-free chocolate chips

Cream together butter and sugar. Add the milk and vanilla and stir to combine. In a separate bowl whisk together the flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add slowly to the wet mixture and stir to form a dough. Add the chocolate chips. Form 1 tbsp size balls on a baking sheet and bake at 350 F for 9-11 minutes.

Hey I like to know whether we could add whole wheat flour in this? You mentioned here flour so you basically talking about all purpose flour in this.
