1 1/2 cups oats
1/3 cup sliced almonds
1/3 cup chocolate coconut chips
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
3-4 tbsp liquid sweetener such as maple syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Stir together ingredients. Bake in 350 F oven for 15 minutes, stirring half way through and checking to make sure it doesn’t burn.
This granola would be SUPER delicious on top of some sweet potato waffles.
