As holiday party season is in full swing, I thought it would be fun to show you 3 easy vegan cheese spread recipes and 3 ways to style a party platter (or snack board if you want to just munch away at this yourself! hehe).

You can watch the video of how I styled these in real time here:

  1. This makes me wish I had a few friends to have a holiday get-together with, I’d love to watch non-vegan people’s reactions when they taste this and then figure out it’s vegan

  2. I tried the garlic and herbs one and it just turned out crunchy, like ground up almonds.. how long did you soak the almonds for? I soaked them for an hour. Should it be overnight or maybe in boiling water? What did I do wrong??

    • Try soaking them longer! Is your food processor fairly new and high-powdered? If not, you might want to soak overnight OR boil the nuts for 10-15 minutes to get them really soft. You also might need a little bit extra liquid to help it blend smoother.

  3. Hi Liv! How long does the cheese last in the refrigerator?

  4. I love your cashew dip and still making it today. You should definitely bring this back !
