Ever since I started making YouTube videos of vegan recipes, I’ve enjoyed sharing recipes with people around the world. We all know it’s generally less expensive and healthier to cook at home instead of ordering take-out food or going to a restaurant. But I’ve come to realize that many people don’t cook at home. They feel it takes too long or they’ve never really learned how to cook. Now more than ever, people are also interested in eating more plant-based meals but don’t know where or how to start.
So I designed a video course that actually teaches people how to cook vegan food. A course that doesn’t assume you know many of the basic skills and terms needed to feel confident in the kitchen. A course you can do from the comfort of your own home and from any device.
Once you develop confidence in your skills, I think you’ll find cooking and baking enjoyable in a way you never thought possible. Maybe you would like to learn how to veganize your favourite recipes. Or maybe you need to learn how to cook gluten-free food and don’t know where to start. The course teaches basic cooking and baking skills, provides downloadable cooking and meal prep resources and takes you through recipes for a week of meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner and desserts/snacks) – 32 videos in all.
