Crispy roasted chickpeas made in minutes in an air fryer!
- 1–15 oz can of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 1/4 tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
- Add all ingredients to your Philips XXL Airfryer and stir quickly to combine (no pre-heating required!). Cook at 350 F for 10 minutes, then stir and cook another 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- It’s as easy as that! I tossed some spinach in a vegan ranch dressing, then topped it with the chickpeas. This is a lunch that takes minimal effort, but delivers a ton of flavour and nutrition. I also served it with some tortilla chips, salsa and fresh chopped veggies.
You can experiment with the flavour of the chickpeas by adding different herbs and spices. You can also make a sweet version with cinnamon and brown sugar. The options are endless so grab your airfryer and try them for yourself!
