This version uses tahini (hulled sesame seed butter) which contains calcium, healthy fats and protein. Try it tonight!

Tahini Caesar Dressing

Caesar salad is one of my favs! But sometimes I want a quick and easy version that doesn’t require oil or mayonnaise to make the dressing. This version uses tahini (hulled sesame seed butter) which contains calcium, healthy fats and protein. Try it tonight!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- pinch of salt
- lots of freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
Instructions
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. I love serving this on mixed greens with a sprinkle of sunflower seeds. This salad is amazing with veggie burgers and fries!
