Everyone needs some simple & quick side dish recipes in their recipe box! So here is my new fav- garlic roasted potatoes! So tasty and so simple to make!
- 4 cups chopped potatoes (I like to do wedges)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2–1 tsp salt
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Wash and chop potatoes in the shape you like.
- Add to a baking dish. Add oil, minced garlic, paprika and salt. Stir or toss to combine.
- Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir gently and return to oven to bake another 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
