Delicious, hearty almond butter and oatmeal cookies with dark chocolate chips! I love how easy and quick these are to make! My new favourite cookie recipe when I want something *slightly* more nutritious. However, my go-to for classic chocolate chip cookies can be found here, double chocolate cookies here, and sugar cookies here!

  1. WOAH THESE ARE INCREDIBLE!! The best cookies I’ve had in a long time – and I bake a lot. Used pb instead since I didnt have almond, delicious!!

These were amazing. I used peanut butter instead of almond butter and it was delicious.

  10. Amazing!! I did change the recipe a bit. I had peanut butter, so I used that. I wanted to use up the rest of the jar of pb, so I did a half of a cup of pb, and 1/4 margarine. They turned out great.

  11. Is the coconut oil supposed to be melted or room temperature? These turned out very dry for me. I think next time I’ll try margarine instead of coconut oil.

  12. Made these cookies today and they are divine! I love how simple they are to whip together and that you don’t necessarily have to chill the dough. I don’t always have almond butter on hand, but I’m so glad I did because the flavour it adds is just *chef kiss* Can’t wait to make these with other yummy add-ins.
