An affogato traditionally uses vanilla ice cream, but for a holiday twist I used the So Delicious Cinnamon Cookie Dough cashew ice cream and it was amazing! Highly recommend 🙂

Cinnamon Affogato

Cold, creamy ice cream with hot espresso poured overtop. Best eaten immediately with a spoon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 scoops non-dairy ice cream (I used So Delicious Cinnamon Cookie Dough)
  • 1 shot espresso OR 1/4 cup strong brew coffee
  • for topping: if you want to get fancy add some crushed candy cane or chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Add ice-cream to a glass or mug and pour hot espresso/coffee overtop. Eat immediately with a spoon. Enjoy!
