Eggnog Latte (vegan)

Coffee sweetened with vegan eggnog, and spiced with cinnamon + nutmeg. The perfect holiday twist on your morning coffee.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 shots of espresso (or 6 oz. brewed coffee)
  • 1/2 cup vegan nog (I’ve tried So Delicious and Califia Farms)
  • dash cinnamon and nutmeg
  • for topping: coconut whipped cream & nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Brew the espresso or coffee in your favourite mug.
  2. In a milk frother or over the stove, heat the vegan eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg until steaming.
  3. Add to mug and top with coconut whip and extra nutmeg (if using). Enjoy!
