Coffee sweetened with vegan eggnog, and spiced with cinnamon + nutmeg. The perfect holiday twist on your morning coffee.
- 1–2 shots of espresso (or 6 oz. brewed coffee)
- 1/2 cup vegan nog (I’ve tried So Delicious and Califia Farms)
- dash cinnamon and nutmeg
- for topping: coconut whipped cream & nutmeg
- Brew the espresso or coffee in your favourite mug.
- In a milk frother or over the stove, heat the vegan eggnog, cinnamon and nutmeg until steaming.
- Add to mug and top with coconut whip and extra nutmeg (if using). Enjoy!
