Today I am showing you how to make my new favourite vegan coffee drink: an iced latte with salted maple foam! I linked my frother (which I HIGHLY recommend!) as well as some budget-friendly alternatives! I also wanted to mention I have an amazon storefront with links to all my kitchen tools in case you’re ever wondering about something!

Iced Coffee with Salted Maple Foam

  • Author: Liv B
  • Total Time: 5 minutes
  • Yield: serves 1

Description

The best sweet & salty foam with a hint of maple and vanilla. Perfect hot or cold, with coffee and chai tea!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk of choice – I use oat milk
  • 12 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • lots of ice
  • 68 oz coffee

Instructions

  1. Into a milk frother, add all ingredients except ice and coffee. Cold froth (not every frother has this option but its an AMAZING feature which is why I recommend the Nespresso frother I linked!
  2. Add coffee and ice to a large cup and stir. Add milk foam and stir to combine.
  • Prep Time: 3 mins
  • Cook Time: 2 mins
