Today I am showing you how to make my new favourite vegan coffee drink: an iced latte with salted maple foam! I linked my frother (which I HIGHLY recommend!) as well as some budget-friendly alternatives! I also wanted to mention I have an amazon storefront with links to all my kitchen tools in case you’re ever wondering about something!

Iced Coffee with Salted Maple Foam
- Total Time: 5 minutes
- Yield: serves 1
Description
The best sweet & salty foam with a hint of maple and vanilla. Perfect hot or cold, with coffee and chai tea!
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk of choice – I use oat milk
- 1–2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- lots of ice
- 6–8 oz coffee
Instructions
- Into a milk frother, add all ingredients except ice and coffee. Cold froth (not every frother has this option but its an AMAZING feature which is why I recommend the Nespresso frother I linked!
- Add coffee and ice to a large cup and stir. Add milk foam and stir to combine.
- Prep Time: 3 mins
- Cook Time: 2 mins
This is actually the best iced coffee I have ever had! I’m obsessed with the salted maple cold foam! It’s healthy and delicious.
