Fresh Peach Salsa

Just peachy! Summer is officially winding to a close. Time to use up those last few peaches you have and this salsa is the perfect way to do it.


  • 6 roma tomatoes, quartered 
  • 1 jalapeño, deseeded
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 3 peaches, pitted and quartered 
  • Juice of 1/2 lime
  • 11/2 tsp salt


  1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped and desired salsa consistency. I prefer super small chunks!
  2. Enjoy! Store in an airtight container or jar up to 5 days.
