Just peachy! Summer is officially winding to a close. Time to use up those last few peaches you have and this salsa is the perfect way to do it.

Ingredients

6 roma tomatoes, quartered
1 jalapeño, deseeded
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 red onion
3 peaches, pitted and quartered
Juice of 1/2 lime
1–1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

Pulse all ingredients in a food processor until finely chopped and desired salsa consistency. I prefer super small chunks!
Enjoy! Store in an airtight container or jar up to 5 days.
