Ingredients

2 shots (approx 6 tbsp) freshly squeezed clementine juice
10 oz white wine
soda water, sparkling water or your favourite bubbly water
fresh mint, for garnish

Instructions

To each wine glass, add 1 shot of valentine juice, 5 oz white wine (about half a glass) and 5 oz soda water. Top with fresh mint and enjoy immediately.
