5 Ingredient Vegan Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

I am so excited to be sharing this recipe for 5 Ingredient Oreo Cheesecake Cookies with you today! This is one of those recipes that seems too easy to taste great. But I promise, these cookies might end up being your new fav. I love the idea of bringing these cookies to potlucks or parties because they’re MUCH easier to make AND transport than a regular cheesecake. And to be honest, vegan cheesecake is really really difficult to get right. But these cookies are the perfect solution! Easy to grab and eat, no utensils required, and even better once cooled instead of fresh out of the oven.

These cookies will impress even the hardest-to-impress people who claim they “don’t like vegan food”. Who can resist a cookie right?! This recipe actually is from one of my old 2016 YouTube videos (throwback), but I had to dig it out of the archives because the photos needed some updating and I wanted to share with recipe with all the newbies who have joined the Liv B community over the years.

While this recipe isn’t in my new cookbook, there are dozens of amazing 5 ingredient recipes in it – so make sure to pre-order Liv B’s Easy Everyday! Once you’ve ordered, click here to enter your info for a chance to win a Vitamix Ascent 3500 and a free exclusive video.

5 Ingredient Vegan Oreo Cheesecake Cookies

  • Author: Liv B
  • Total Time: 30 mins
  • Yield: 8 cookies

Description

5 ingredient vegan oreo cheesecake cookies!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup vegan butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup vegan cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 Oreo cookies, crushed

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the vegan butter, cream cheese and sugar and beat until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the flour and stir. It will seem dry, but keep mixing until its combined. You don’t need more liquid!
  4. Add the crushed Oreo cookies and fold them in. Use 2 tbsp of dough per cookie for giant cookies, or 1 tbsp for regular size cookies (they will need slightly less baking time) on a baking sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes until golden brown on the bottom.
  5. Let cool on the pan until solid enough to remove. Best enjoyed when cookies have cooled completely!

  1. This is like every dessert you would want in a cookie! Is the cream cheese soft (like Daiya) or whipped (like Kite Hill)? The textures are different and I want to make sure I use the right one. Thank you!

  2. These are so good. I can’t believe how quick and easy they were to make. They have that perfect soft center, chewy edge texture. I had to bake them for about 20 minutes to brown.

  3. I’m making this for the third time in two weeks. It’s our new favorite cookie! So perfect! Thank you for always making simple ingredients taste great. ❤️❤️

  4. I love this recipe so much. My mom and I are terrible bakers yet this recipe was so easy that even we managed to make it without messing up. It was by far the easiest cookie recipe I’d ever used. The cookies turned out great! We couldn’t get them to brown on the bottoms but the sides did become a nice golden brown. Also I tasted the batter and it tasted *exactly* like oreo cheesecake!
