One Pan Spicy Sausage Cajun Pasta

Woohoo! Back with another one pan recipe: One Pan Spicy Sausage Cajun Pasta. This stuff is soooo good. And I seriously love one pan pasta recipes. Sure, they’re not traditional, but they save so much time! No boiling, standing at the stove stirring, or complicated steps. You simply put all the ingredients into the pan, cover with foil and bake. That’s all there is to it!

This isn’t my first one pan pasta recipe (as you can see, I’m kind of obsessed now) so if you want to try some more, here are my favs:

The best part is, even though the total recipe time is 1 hour, about 55 minutes of that is completely hands-off, leaving you so much time! I love a hands-off dinner so I can change, walk the dogs, and decompress after work and before eating. Such a lovely way to be efficient while still enjoying a homemade dinner.

If you have kids, this recipe is also perfect for you. You might want to go easy on the spices, because this is spicy, but otherwise, its such a kid-friendly recipe! I remember my mom always made pasta bakes and casseroles every Thursday night when my dad had hockey, and I looked forward to it every week!

AND if you’re looking for more super easy recipes (I’m taking sheet pan, one pot, and 5-ingredient recipes) definitely check out my new cookbook, available for preorder now!

  2. This look delicious. Will it work halved? Would I need a different sized baking dish? Or will it work reheated the next day? Thanks for your help. Looking forward to your new book in the UK, I have your first one and use it loads.
