Buffalo sauce is good on EVERYTHING! This recipe is based on the one in Liv’s Cookbook!
I don’t make that statement easily either. Sure, an argument could be made that it isn’t suited for ice cream. BUT, chances are that if you add buffalo sauce to any savoury dish – breakfast, lunch or dinner, you can elevate that meal even more! This Buffalo Whipped Feta Hummus is no exception!
Don’t sleep on this one, because not only is this an enhancement to the highly popular whipped feta TikTok trend, it also elevates your everyday hummus spread as well! It’s the best of both worlds! Let me show you why this Buffalo Whipped Feta Hummus might be one of the most versatile spreads I’ve made yet.
The secret here is to make your own hummus from scratch, using the perfect blend of chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice, tahini, and olive oil! Nothing beats food made from scratch if you ask me. That said, this Buffalo Whipped Feta Hummus recipe is so easy to re-create that you will get a perfectly delicious dip even using store-bought products! Not only that, but its super easy to toss in anything you want to zest it up a bit! But for now, here’s a look at my version of it, and why its going to be the best thing you make this week.
If there’s one product we have to keep a huge amount in the house, it’s Frank’s Red Hot sauce. It is universally loved between both me and my wife Liv! We use it nearly every day at lunch and dinner. It goes great on our vegan chicken, noodles, sandwiches and potatoes (pretty much our daily food routine)! Which brings me to why I knew I HAD to try adding it into this recipe with our homemade blend of Buffalo sauce.
Here are the details:
As good as hummus is on it’s own, I have to admit that not surprisingly, the feta levels it up A LOT! I say this reluctantly because I may be one of the biggest hummus fanatics out there. I go through a party size bucket every week at least on average, no joke! Hummus is on or beside my plate at nearly every meal because when you find something good, why ever let it go? But I’m here today to tell you why this Buffalo Whipped Feta Hummus might be my brand new obsession.
All you really need to know is that it’s easy to make (5 minutes or less), it will feed you for a week, AND it can be used as a dip for bread or chips like you see here, a spread on your favourite sandwich/burger, or even to top the potatoes at your next dinner party!
It’s savoury, spicy, and oh so creamy and delicious! Have a look at this Buffalo Whipped Feta Hummus recipe and try it for yourself. You won’t regret it!

I am in love with this buffalo whipped feta recipe! Not only does this recipe taste amazing, it is also super versatile. The buffalo whipped feta is tasty as a stand-alone snack with crackers or raw veggies, but it also adds a nice flavour to homemade buffalo “chicken” caesar wraps. 🤤
This is our new favourite dip. It was a huge hit amongst a big crowd. Highly addictive!
