This is my twist on an all-time classic – Big Mac Toast! All the Big Mac fixings – homemade vegan Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, vegan beef and cheese.
For the Toast:
- 3 slices sourdough bread
- 3/4 cup vegan beef crumble
- 3/4 cup vegan cheese shreds
- 1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup minced white onion
- 1 batch Big Mac Sauce
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Place bread onto a baking sheet.
- Top the slices of bread with cheese shreds and beef.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and layer on white onion, Big Mac Sauce, and iceberg lettuce.
