Big Mac Toast

This is my twist on an all-time classic – Big Mac Toast! All the Big Mac fixings – homemade vegan Big Mac sauce, lettuce, onion, vegan beef and cheese.


For the Toast:

  • 3 slices sourdough bread
  • 3/4 cup vegan beef crumble
  • 3/4 cup vegan cheese shreds
  • 1 cup finely chopped iceberg lettuce
  • 1/2 cup minced white onion
  • 1 batch Big Mac Sauce


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Place bread onto a baking sheet.
  3. Top the slices of bread with cheese shreds and beef.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  5. Remove from oven and layer on white onion, Big Mac Sauce, and iceberg lettuce.
