These Easy 1 Bite Everything Bagels only take 15 minutes to make in the air fryer, use only a few all vegan ingredients and taste like regular bagel flavor all in 1 bite! Easy to find ingredients, onion and garlic taste with simple whipped cream cheese dip.
Ingredients
For the Dough
- 1 store bought pizza dough ball (or use this recipe for Pizza dough)
- 1 tbsp baking soda
Everything Bagel Seasoning
4 tbsp store bought seasoning or follow this recipe
- 2 tbsp poppy seeds
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakes
- 1 tbsp dehydrated garlic flakes
- 1 tsp flaky sea salt
Instructions
- Divide a ball of pizza dough into small chunks and roll each into balls.
- Boil a pot of water and add 1 tbsp baking soda.
- Boil dough balls for 1 minute, then remove from water and sprinkle on everything bagel seasoning.
- Air fry for 9 minutes at 350F until golden brown. (Bake at same temperature in an oven for 15-20 minutes until golden brown).
- NOTE (Optional): We whisked vegan cashew cream cheese with some non dairy milk to make a cream cheese dip. Enjoy!
