3 Epic Cookie Recipes (snickerdoodles, Nutella, salted pretzel)

Snickerdoodles:
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
splash of vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda

sugar + cinnamon to roll them in.
Bake at 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes

Vegan Nutella Cookies (the brand I use is Nutiva):
1/4 cup vegan butter
1/4 cup vegan Nutella or homemade chocolate hazelnut butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
handful of non-dairy chocolate chips

bake at 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes.

Salted Chocolate Pretzel:
1/2 cup vegan butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup non-dairy milk
splash of vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
handful chocolate chips
handful crushed pretzels
(optional small handful oats)

bake at 350F/180C for 10-12 minutes.
