Creamy Garlic Pasta with Tomatoes

I used bowtie (farfalle) pasta. To make this gluten free you could use rice or quinoa pasta
2 cloves garlic
1 cup cherry tomatoes
salt & pepper to taste
1 batch creamy sauce (see below)

3/4 cup cashews (soaked if not using high speed blender)
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (or more if needed)
1/4 cup pasta water
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp parsley
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
salt and pepper to taste

    I LOVE this recipe! Thank you Liv! Also tried it with red and orange bell peppers instead of tomatoes since I didn’t have any and it is equally as good! Love from Calgary <3
