Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Description

Everyone needs some simple & quick side dish recipes in their recipe box! So here is my new fav- garlic roasted potatoes! So tasty and so simple to make!


Ingredients

  • 4 cups chopped potatoes (I like to do wedges)
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/21 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
  2. Wash and chop potatoes in the shape you like.
  3. Add to a baking dish. Add oil, minced garlic, paprika and salt. Stir or toss to combine.
  4. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, stir gently and return to oven to bake another 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  5. Enjoy!
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes
  • Cook Time: 40 minutes

  2. This was so good! Made it today as a side to my lunch. I did double up on the garlic because I loveeee garlic. Even with more garlic it was delish. My picky non vegan boyfriend loved them too AND asked for more. I really appreciate this recipe because I already had all the ingredients at home! No need to go to the supermarket and as I cook more vegan at home, that’s what I appreciate most; recipes with simple ingredients.

    Would you be willing to take the YouTube video out of the printed instructions? It shows as a huge blank black box on the print out. I’m making this today for my birthday dinner but I copy/pasted the recipe instead of printing from the site, thank you for sharing!
