Today is a very special day. Why? Because today’s recipe actually was written and photographed by my fiancé Greg! If you read my protein mug cookie post, you’ll know we have adopted a new, healthier lifestyle in 2021 with healthier food and portions, and daily exercise. It’s been so great, and something I’ve loved is using my air fryer more! We’re trying to use slightly less oil for cooking (although a bit is always needed for maximum taste and crispiness hehe) so the air fryer has really come in handy.
Greg was craving some cheesy, spicy fries and whipped these up. They turned out so well he decided to take some photos and write down the recipe so I could share it with all of you.
I’m SO proud of his food styling and photography skills, and I am so excited for you to make this recipe. Such a tasty, healthier alternative to restaurant or fast food!
